How to Wake Up

 What I generally tend to do is dive right in to work. It is slow in the beginning, but the trick is to try not to have too many highs or lows. Be a calm, cool, and collected individual. After time you will begin to see that your efforts pick up traction. You just have to stick with it. There will be discomforts and set backs along the way. That is the fun part though. Pushing through them again and again, for the rest of your life, gives you a thicker skin. It feels god to be strong. For some funny reason our society has put comfort on a pedestal. Worse so, being frail. In any capacity this does not make such sense.
