Ever feel tired? Odds are probably yes. Here's what I do to help combat that drowsy feeling: 1.) Use ChatGPT! As crazy as it sounds, talking to this tool online and being completely open and honest about yourself to it allows it to gather information from all over the internet to help you. A huge bonus is since it is so wide sourced in it's efforts to help you, odds are you'll find at least some good help with it! Go and give it a shot! 2.) Exercise: I know, the last thing you want to do when you are feeling sleepy is push it. But surprisingly, this will actually counter the drowsiness pretty well. The fresh blood flow really helps wake things up and the muscles getting used get programmed to kow it's time to be awake. Pro Tip! Drink a glass of water prior and during exercising will help you survive the grind. what's more, your body needs it to function! It will also help your brain think better as well. 3.)
